Every project runs through the same six stages, whether it's a single production line or a terminal-wide programme. The stages are what make the outcome repeatable.

How a project runs

Each stage has a defined output, so you know what you're approving before the next one starts.

  1. Discover

    We start on site. Operations, constraints, existing systems and the outcome you actually need — documented before anything is proposed.

  2. Assess

    Current performance measured against that outcome. What works, what limits you, where the investment returns, and what the risks are if nothing changes.

  3. Architect

    The solution designed as a system — architecture, interfaces, standards and safety case — before any product is selected against it.

  4. Deliver

    Procurement, installation, integration and commissioning under one accountable team, to an agreed programme and an agreed handover pack.

  5. Optimize

    Tuning after go-live: throughput, energy, availability, and the operating data that proves the gains are real.

  6. Sustain

    Maintenance, spares, obsolescence planning and upgrades for the working life of the asset.
