The solution designed as a system — architecture, interfaces, standards and safety case — before any product is selected against it.

Procurement, installation, integration and commissioning under one accountable team, to an agreed programme and an agreed handover pack.

Tuning after go-live: throughput, energy, availability, and the operating data that proves the gains are real.
